By accessing or using Draw Party, you agree to use the service in line with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using Draw Party
Draw Party is provided as a casual drawing game for family and friends. No account is currently required. You are responsible for using the game appropriately and for supervising younger players where suitable.
Nicknames and selfie avatars
Players may submit a nickname and may optionally provide a selfie avatar. Selfie avatars expire from game display after 24 hours and become eligible for scheduled deletion. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive, misleading or otherwise harmful names or images. Only use an image you have the right and permission to use.
Prohibited misuse
Do not interfere with the game, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt rooms, probe the service for vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, or use Draw Party for unlawful activity.
Availability
Draw Party may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, internet problems, service-provider interruptions, updates or technical issues. Features may change as the game develops.
Scores and results
Scores, bonuses, rankings and game results are provided for entertainment. If a connection issue or software error affects a result, players are encouraged to keep the party friendly and continue playing.
Intellectual property
The Draw Party name, branding, interface, original content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Draw Party materials to users.
Third-party services
Draw Party relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase for game data and temporary avatar storage, Vercel for website hosting and privacy-conscious usage analytics, and Resend for Contact-form email delivery. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Service improvement
Draw Party may use aggregated website and gameplay analytics to understand how the service is discovered and used, identify broad usage patterns and improve the game. Analytics are not intended to identify individual players, and the details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Independent product
Draw Party is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by third-party drawing or party-game brands.
Changes to Draw Party or these terms
The game and these terms may be updated as features, legal requirements or operating needs change. The latest terms will be posted here.
